As a Security Officer - Facility Entry Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a leading location in the food and beverage industry, you will monitor entrances, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to all individuals entering or exiting the location, offering directions and responding to inquiries as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or unusual circumstances in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required, including evacuations and/or coordination with local emergency services.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to maintain a secure and orderly environment within the food and beverage facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
