This Position reports to: Product Management Leader In this role, you will spearhead the strategy and lifecycle of ABB's product offerings, aligning them with market demands to drive long-term growth. You will take ownership of the full product journey-from development and pricing to launch and maintenance-ensuring every step maximizes profitability and solidifies our market position. The work model for the role is: Remote in the US #LI-Remote This role is contributing to: Electrification, Smart Buildings, Electrical Distribution NEMA, Enclosures business. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the market intelligence analysis and identifying potential gaps in the portfolio, with respect to the competition and new market opportunities. Owning technical and market specification for the products and determining a business plan that supports sustainable growth while leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, and following-up on portfolio performance. Leading the lifecycle management process, analyzing current products, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on product obsolescence and end-of life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met to maximize their profitability. Setting targets, monitoring offering costs and giving inputs to operations functions (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and have 4+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design Engineering - Experience in Electrical Distribution Products is a plus Possess an enhanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (or other ERP systems) You are passionate about leading various product portfolios and their respective profitability and growth You are at ease communicating in English What's in it for you We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $116,200 and $185,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus..
