Position Summary The Director of Commercial Training Strategy is responsible for the development of all product disease state, selling capabilities, executional excellence, and competitive landscape training for field and commercial personnel within the hematology portfolio. The Director is the primary facilitator for new hire classes, applicable advanced training (both product and skills), and workshop content development, along with supporting training efforts across national and regional meeting rollouts. The Director works strategically with cross-functional stakeholders on both content and execution of training initiatives to ensure alignment with Company business priorities. Additionally, the Director plays a critical role in ensuring that market strategies and execution are aligned to field goals and needs. This position is remote with a corporate headquarters in Foster City, CA and Parsippany, NJ and will report to the Vice President, Sales. Primary Responsibilities
