Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager.
Location: Washington, DC.

Requirements:

• The candidate shall possess the required knowledge and skills set.

The candidate shall also demonstrate the knowledge and experience below:

• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).
• Experience with business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and basic database concepts.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for documentation management.
• Experience with stakeholder management tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
