Who We Are We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.     Manage the internal merchandise request system, which includes receiving and fulfilling orders and daily inventory of stock.
  • Manage on-site merchandise storage areas, ensuring they are organized and properly inventoried.
  • Serve as a US Open uniform ambassador. This includes receiving uniform orders, logging them into the system and fulfilling orders, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
  • Manage the US Open hospitality program. This includes logging and organizing requests into the system, creating invoices, and ensuring all orders are packed and marked with the correct delivery instructions
Program details:
  • 8-week program from June 9 through August 11
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET
  • Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Westchester office.
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Who You Are
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, particularly a strong background in Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to conduct a daily inventory of all merchandise.
