About the Role We're hiring an Executive Assistant to serve as a *strategic extension of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle*-strengthening communication and ensuring the executive operates at peak effectiveness. You'll blend *highlevel administrative excellence* with *workflow optimization* and *proactive leadership support*. What You'll Do * *Own a complex executive calendar*-resolve conflicts, protect priority time, and coordinate logistics across meetings, events, and travel. * *Act as the executive's "airtraffic controller"*-ensure the smooth flow of information, communication, and decisionmaking across teams. * *Prepare the executive for every engagement*-agendas, briefing materials, prereads, and followups. * *Track and drive deliverables*-monitor commitments and action items with precision and consistency. * *Design and continuously improve workflows*-study working patterns and introduce smarter ways of working via technology, automation, and systems. * *Protect focus and momentum*-prioritize tasks, filter noise, and keep strategic objectives front and center. * *Draft executivelevel communications*-write with polish, judgment, and emotional intelligence. * *Build trusted relationships*-coordinate smoothly with direct reports, system leaders, clinical/operational partners, and crossfunctional collaborators. * *Operate independently*-anticipate needs, remove barriers, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions. Required Qualifications * *5+ years* supporting *VP or Csuite* leaders in complex, fastpaced environments. * Proven success managing *dynamic calendars*, *highvolume coordination*, and *tight deadlines*. * *Exceptional written and verbal communication* with executivelevel polish. * *High emotional intelligence* and the ability to build trust with leaders at all levels; unwavering discretion with confidential information. * *Technologyforward mindset:* proficient in *Microsoft 365*, *Outlook*, *Teams*, plus *AI tools*, workflow automation, and productivity platforms. * *Organized, detailoriented, and accountable*-with a continuousimprovement lens and a steady presence under pressure. * Core skills: *Calendar management*, *Office suite*, *Outlook*. Work Environment Onsite most days of the week. Collaboration is handson and fastmoving; expect a hightrust, highownership environment. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
