Consider a role as a behavioral health clinician integrated into a family medicine practice.This is a 24-hour position with benefits,locatedat the Parkview Family Medicine practice in Brunswick.This practice is well versed in integrating behavioral health intothe patientexperience.Theyvalue partnerships with behavioral health clinicians and work collaboratively tooptimizepatient outcomes.Being integrated into a practice reduces stigma for patients, increasing their willingness toparticipatein care. The clinician's role includes providing screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to patients of the practice.Treatment structure includes individual, family, and group work.Additionalfunctions of the role include providing curbside consultation to providers, linking patients toadditionalservices and supports, andparticipatingin population health activities that targets the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people. Summary The role of Behavioral Health Clinician II, working under an independent license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
