Human Resources/Talent Intern - Summer 2026

The Role: Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Human Resources/Talent Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration, beginning in May 2026.
What You'll Do: * Process Coordination: Own coordination of HR-related processes including relocation requests, job postings, internal promotion letters, total rewards audits, and miscellaneous HR requests. * Communication: Draft and deliver clear HR communications to employees and managers, ensuring consistency across groups. * Cross-Site Engagement Project: Lead initiatives to strengthen collaboration between our 2 Colorado Sites - ArrowsWest and Rockrimmon * Intern/Co-Op Engagement & Conversion: Research and recommend best practices for engaging interns and converting them to full-time employees' post-graduation. * Employee Survey Analysis: Help Drive Survey Completion. Conduct year-over-year comparisons of employee survey results for the Advanced Purity Solutions Division. * Rewards & Recognition Campaign: Assist in designing and launching initiatives to celebrate employee contributions. * Succession Planning Support: Learn the succession and talent effectiveness planning process; create materials to support HR leadership and management teams. * Learning & Development Support: Help design training materials and resources for employee development programs.
What We Seek: * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Interest in HR operations, employee engagement, and talent development.
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: * Major: Preference Human Resources, Communications, or Business preferred. Open to other majors related to people management, engagement and/or training. Graduation date of Fall 2026 or later.
Eligibility: * Must be a currently enrolled student * Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September. * Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program
