This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.
Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As a founding member of our Talent Acquisition Program Manager Team, you'll play a critical role in this vision by leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact our most ambitious space programs. You will establish governance frameworks, drive process excellence across multiple business units, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while articulating clear program vision and implementing data-driven talent strategies. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams globally, strategic thinking to align talent programs with Blue Origin's mission, and the ability to influence at the executive level-positioning Blue Origin as the premier destination for aerospace talent and advancing humanity's journey to space. Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping talent acquisition strategy across global operations
- Translate complex metrics and industry insights into compelling narratives that influence executive decisions
- Co-create organizational talent strategies aligned with Blue Origin's mission-critical objectives
- Identify emerging talent trends and technologies to create competitive advantage
- Quantify business impact of talent programs with clear ROI frameworks
- Orchestrate consensus among global stakeholders to secure executive sponsorship for enterprise-critical initiatives
Program Excellence & Governance
- Design global enterprise-wide governance frameworks that systematically identify risks and enhance program execution
- Spearhead high-visibility programs with company-wide impact, managing interdependencies across international functions
- Optimize resource allocation across competing priorities with data-driven decision making
- Establish program management centers of excellence while developing future talent
- Lead organizational capability building in process excellence methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographic boundaries to drive cohesive program implementation
- Transformation & Innovation
- Architect innovative approaches to fundamentally reshape talent acquisition on a global scale
- Pioneer advanced analytics and predictive modeling to drive strategic talent decisions
- Design industry-leading TA programs establishing Blue Origin as an employer of choice
- Lead change management at enterprise scale, driving adoption of new methodologies across international teams
- Challenge conventional thinking to create breakthrough talent acquisition approaches
Strategic Workforce Development
- Develop strategic global workforce plans anticipating future talent needs and creating sustainable pipelines
- Institute analytics frameworks connecting talent acquisition metrics to business outcomes
- Build partnerships across business units and geographic regions ensuring talent programs address organizational needs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to create integrated talent solutions that span the enterprise
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise-scale programs with measurable organizational impact
- Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives transforming talent acquisition
- Proven ability to partner with C-suite and influence organizational direction
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives across global teams
- Deep expertise in strategic resource planning and program optimization
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Senior-level program management certification (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent)
- Experience leading talent transformation in high-growth, technology organizations
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements or publications
- Exceptional data literacy with ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Experience integrating emerging technologies into talent acquisition
- Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams across international boundaries
Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $152,484.00-$213,477.60

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays. Dependent on role type and job level, employees may be eligible for benefits and bonuses based on the company's intent to reward individual contributions and enable them to share in the company's results, or other factors at the company's sole discretion.
