We're looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the strategic evolution and global expansion of our PET/SPECT portfolio. This role blends product management expertise with marketing vision, offering an opportunity to influence how life-changing technologies reach patients worldwide.

Portfolio Strategy & Market Leadership

• Define and execute the long-term vision for PET/SPECT products, ensuring competitive positioning in North America and global markets.
• Develop pricing and market access strategies that balance profitability and patient reach.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth and innovation opportunities.

New Product Development & Launch

• Build compelling go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, leveraging NDA, 505(b)(2), and ANDA pathways.
• Create branding, trademark, and promotional campaigns that differentiate our products in the molecular imaging space.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Global Expansion & Market Development

• Drive international growth by tailoring strategies to regional market dynamics.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to adapt positioning and promotional strategies for local markets.
• Identify strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities to accelerate global reach.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on portfolio priorities.
• Present strategies to governance teams and influence decision-making at the highest level.
• Establish clear performance metrics and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Radiopharmaceuticals, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in advanced molecular imaging and/or oncology.
• Expertise in market access, reimbursement, and competitive pricing strategies.
• Proven success in global product launches and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of PET/SPECT technologies and radiopharmaceutical distribution networks.
• Exceptional communication skills and a creative approach to branding and positioning.
