Role Type: Full-time, Exempt Salary: $57,000 - $93,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on several job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Summary: The Benefits & Payroll Specialist provides entry-level support to the Benefits and Payroll teams by assisting with day-to-day administration, data entry, employee inquiries, and audit processes. This role helps ensure accurate payroll processing, timely benefits updates, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with confidential information. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
