Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleThe Industry & Sales Intern will play a key role in supporting the USTA's 35x35 initiatives. National efforts focused on programming, playbooks, and strategies designed to grow player participation and retention. The intern will also assist the USTA Connect team in managing strategic growth partnerships that expand tennis participation and unlock new capital opportunities for the sport.
This internship is ideal for a self-starter with an interest in digital partnerships, event management, and the business of sports. The intern will gain exposure to cross-departmental projects, high-level partner engagement, and the operational planning behind one of the Industry & Sales Department's largest annual events: the USTA Connect Partner Event at the US Open.
35x35 & Growth Partnership Support
Assist with execution of 35x35 initiatives focused on player acquisition, retention, and grassroots program development
