HDR Engineering is looking for a national Substation Physical Design Sub-Business Class Leader. This position will directly report to corresponding Area Operations Leadership and have a dashed reporting line up to our national Substation Business Class Lead. This position will focus on the protection and control design matters within the power delivery substation business class.

Professional Services is the "technical and consulting leadership" element of the Resources Business Group -- the entity responsible to the Business Group President for creating a group of industry recognized professional practitioners that is a competitive advantage in the marketplace, capable of solving the client's problems at competitive costs, reliable in the execution of quality professional services and client deliverables, and successful in the project management and delivery of contracted services.

The Substation Physical Design Sub-Business Class Leader provides subject-matter expertise, an industry recognized reputation for professional accomplishment, and a strongly recognized internal reputation of leadership within HDR. The Substation P&C Sub-Business Class Leader provides the Substation Business Class with a company-wide, coordinated talent pool with the technical profile necessary to serve the client base, and right-sized to allow commercial success.
