Job Summary

Oversees and implements the day-to-day operations of the expansion and development of the program components. Assists in the development of student recruitment efforts.

  • Provides supervision and oversight academic mentors.
  • When needed works with students to register students for courses.
  • Works with the Director to ensure that the Education program is running efficiently
  • Assist the Director in the development of procedures.
  • Assist in the development of reports.
  • Attend conferences and symposium and other events as needed.
  • Ensure that all students are registered with DRC and received their academic accommodations.
  • Maintains appropriate confidential communication (verbal and written).
  • Assist the Director in ensuring that the Education program is in compliance with the university, state and federal policies and regulations and laws.
  • Work collaboratively with graduate assistants and faculty.
  • Serves as a liaison between student instructors and program.
  • When appropriate links students to services within the university or the community.
  • Ensures compliance with data collection
  • Oversees the data collect tools and storage in SharePoint
  • Establishes priorities, assigns functions and maintains quality control.
  • Recommends and implements procedures and practices to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitates and evaluates quality management efforts and develops quality improvement tools.
  • Oversees the development, launch and monitoring of micro credentials and certificates.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of office or related experience.



Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software.
  • Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English or Creole/English
