Job Summary The Office of Strategy, Budget and Performance works to strengthen practices and strategically align critical resources that advance Milwaukee County's vision and mission while improving the county's fiscal health. The Executive Director leads the department responsibilities of strategic planning, budgeting (with an equitable lens), and developing effective practices for continuous improvement, project management, and grant development.
