Position Summary The Commercial Loan Funder is responsible for reviewing and funding Commercial loan transactions that have documentation prepared by an Attorney. Transactions may include Real Estate collateral assets, Non-Real Estate collateral assets, or Agricultural collateral assets. The loan transactions are reviewed prior to closing to verify that all credit policy, compliance, and collateral issues are addressed as required by the nature and structure of the transaction. All executed loan documents are reviewed by the Commercial Loan Funder prior to the disbursement of loan proceeds to ensure all issues have been addressed and all documents are properly executed. The Commercial Loan Funder has the sole responsibility to apply expertise and judgment on the quality of the loan transaction and has sole control over the disbursement of the loan proceeds.
