What You'll Do Set up and execute advanced structural optimizations, defining design spaces, constraints, and objectives Perform subsystem and full-vehicle optimization focused on stiffness, stress, and mass reduction Interpret CAE results and translate them into practical, manufacturable design recommendations Apply multi-domain and multi-material optimization strategies across NVH, crash, durability, and manufacturing domains Collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance, weight, and cost targets Provide engineering guidance during early concept and design phases Utilize industry-standard tools such as OptiStruct, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, and BetaCAE Support automation and workflow improvements through Python or TCL scripting when applicable What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, including 1-2 years focused on CAE optimization Strong foundation in FEA methods and structural analysis Hands-on experience with OptiStruct, NASTRAN, HyperWorks, and/or BetaCAE Ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and collaborate within cross-functional teams Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment Performance evaluated through task-based technical assessments Ready to Optimize Your Career?
