Description

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site at Herzing's home office in downtown Milwaukee with flexible hours between 8AM and 5PM with one day until 7PM (some evening/weekend flexibility based on student needs or occasional events/activities). Following the completion of training, there will be the option for a hybrid work schedule with a mix of remote days and in-office days. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range with min to mid-range being the target. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
