Contract Video Producer This is a 3-month contract, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid role located in Culver City, CA. Summary This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of high-quality video and visual effects (VFX) content from initial concept through final delivery. The Video Producer ensures projects are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and technically polished while supporting cross-functional creative and production teams. Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in video production with a strong focus on live-action and VFX projects and a passion for video storytelling and visual content, supported by a strong foundation in production workflows. They are proficient in Wrike, Keynote, and Airtable, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. They are familiar with video production pipelines, post-production workflows, VFX processes, and live-action production, and are skilled in collaborating with internal creative, editorial, and production teams as well as external vendors. This individual is able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, is flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. They are highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented when troubleshooting production challenges. Job Description In this role, you will lead end-to-end video content production, overseeing projects from ideation through final delivery. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality video and VFX assets on time and within scope. This includes managing schedules, defining project scopes, coordinating reviews, documenting progress, and handling administrative processes such as estimates, purchase orders, and statements of work. You will also support ongoing production workflows and ensure smooth collaboration across teams to maintain creative excellence and operational efficiency. Education and Experience A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a background in video production, post-production, VFX, or creative project management. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative projects is also required. Additional Requirements This opportunity is 3 months long and located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid on-site work. The pay for this W-2 position is $79.41 per hour. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $79.41 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
