Duties & Responsibilities
- * Administers plans per CHCO plan provisions and guidelines; designs and develops leave of absence programs, resources, and tools.
* Supports annual open enrollment and wellness programs by coordinating materials, speakers, and group meetings with associates; answers enrollment questions and following up on issues.
* Creates and delivers education and leave information to employees on an on-going basis; provides guidance, training and support to HR and CHCO managers on routine to complex leave issues.
* Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations on leave plans. Assists in ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting.
* Researches and resolves escalated employee issues by interpreting benefits and leave policies and procedures and connecting with external vendors and consultants; provides advice and guidance to employees and leaders.
* Serves as lead on routine projects, assigning work to project team members and ensuring deliverables are met.
* Audits leave & disability enrollment, deductions, and utilization,, and vendor processes. Researches and resolves discrepancies; adjusts as needed to ensure appropriate deductions and deferrals are occurring.
* Maintains interface files to and from vendors to ensure accuracy of employee leave and benefit records and data integrity. Researches and identifies issues with PeopleSoft and vendor interfaces, working with Sr. Benefits Professional and technical partners for resolution.

- 2+ years of experience in Leave of Absence administration preferred.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $61,473.39 to $92,210.08
