JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




  1. Liaise with senior management to prepare the business's financial and strategic plans.






  1. Work with VPs and Managers to build their annual budgets and forecasts, consolidating them into one overall budget.






  1. Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.






  1. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Service Lines and Locations.






  1. Create financial models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.






  1. Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.






  1. Oversee the preparation of monthly Financial Statements, including Financial Packages for CFO, VPs and the Board and detailed analysis and?commentary on departmental results.






  1. Assist CFO in development of financial and productivity metrics, revenue analyses and key performance indicators.






  1. Develop and prepare Forecast of encounters, revenues, and net income on a rolling twelve-month basis.






  1. Create Proforma analysis of cost savings initiatives, new service lines and locations, and other projects.






  1. Develop and maintain dashboards aligned with organizational strategy. Communicate?results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and?streamlining of operations.






  1. Supervise the compilation of data for all governmental reporting (e.g., annual 990 and Medicare cost report).






  1. Support organizational ad hoc operational improvement initiatives, data compilation and reporting as requested by VPs and Operational Leaders.






  1. Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.






  1. Identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.






  1. Other analysis and projects as assigned.




REMOTE WORK:




  1. Full-time






  1. Required to be onsite for meetings and job responsibilities, as assigned






  1. Equipment that must be purchased by employee: 2nd monitor




QUALIFICATIONS:




  1. BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.






  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience.






  1. Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools.






  1. Strong quantitative abilities.






  1. Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships.






  1. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.






  1. Computer skills including but not limited to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and business intelligence tools.
