The People and Culture Coordinator is to support all team members on property. As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient administration of Human Resources functions, fostering a supportive and thriving workplace environment.

Essential Job Functions:
* Creating an engaging work environment for all team members
* Seamlessly manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully equipped and ready
* Lead dynamic New Hire Orientation sessions, immersing new team members in Hilton Brand expectations and Spire company overview.
* Support for all team members with needs they may have to all things Human Resources: Benefits, payroll, HRIS system login or app guidance
* Participate and manage volunteer and charity participation
* Recruitment of new talent to fill open roles for the property

Compensation: $22-$25/Hour

Physical Demands:
* Lift or move boxes weighing up to 25lbs
* Stand, walk within hotels areas and sit for long periods of time throughout the shift
Qualifications:
Education:
* High school diploma or its equivalent
* Human Resources Management Certification preferred

Experience:
* 1 year of previous Human Resources experience or 1 year of full-cycle recruiting
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred
* Previous working within an HRIS system. UKG is a plus
* Basic knowledge of employment laws like; EEOC, ADA, Title VII and California State laws applicable to your property.
