Position Summary Under general direction, perform and coordinate with the Graduate School Specialist a variety of responsible administrative duties that support the daily operation of the Graduate School.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates data collection, data organization, and data reporting for the graduate school
- Analyzes data and provides reports in a clear and consistent manner to stakeholders
- Coordinates meetings and regular communications with graduate coordinators and other departments.
- Process applications, records and other general graduate school inquiries.
- Provides customer service to applicants and the general public regarding graduate school programs and processes.
- Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operation of the Graduate School including but not limited to email correspondence, scanning, filing, mail distribution, and answering phone calls
- Predictable and regular attendance is required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six months of relevant experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is required
- Two years of related experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to analyze and process data
- Ability to independently interpret a wide variety of policies and procedures
- Ability to write clear and concise reports/correspondence
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, faculty, administrators, students, and others
- Ability to adjust, prioritize, and follow up in a dynamic work environment with interruptions via telephone and walk-in traffic
- Ability to follow processes; displays organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of office software, programs, and technologies
- Thorough knowledge of office management policies, methods, and procedures

Physical Demand and Working Conditions:
- Work is sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a consistent amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
