Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Fully proficient in supporting individual contributors.
  • Works under limited supervision.
  • Resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
  • Assignments are moderately challenging, requiring some critical thinking and judgment.
  • Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is needed.
  • Communicates with contacts, typically within and outside the department, on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work should be structured within clearly defined boundaries and established procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Resolves most issues.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has a moderate impact on the overall team results.
  • Work is of moderate scope, typically on larger, task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 / hr.

Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week. (2nd shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with electronic assembly.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Have Sodering skills.
  • CCA or SMT Assembly background.
  • Computer Skills [Excel/ERP Systems].
  • Experience in the military or defense industry background.
  • Good communication skills and able to follow written work instructions in English.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
