Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and portfolio support services within a high-visibility Department of Defense environment at the Pentagon. This role supports the management and execution of space and real estate portfolio activities for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination, and timely support to program managers, senior leadership, and portfolio stakeholders.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):



  • Compile, maintain, and manage records of established office and portfolio activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
  • Coordinate and track monthly portfolio reviews for all 20 Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Staff offices and manage scheduling and coordination with the Director of the Space Portfolio.
  • Establish, prioritize, and process work actions in alignment with portfolio priorities and timelines.
  • Receive, date-stamp, review, and route incoming documentation; ensure all required information is complete and assist in obtaining or inputting missing documentation as needed.
  • Review, format, and edit materials submitted by Program Managers to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy prior to processing.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of portfolio briefing materials, including graphics and presentation content.
  • Greet and assist portfolio visitors and monitor visitor access in accordance with security procedures.
  • Provide documentation and portfolio information to other installations or stakeholders upon request.
  • Utilize computer systems to create, edit, store, retrieve, and print standardized documentation; perform data insertions, deletions, corrections, and updates as required.
  • Ensure portfolio documentation and records are maintained in an organized, secure, and auditable manner.


Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Clearance:


    • Secret



  • Education:

    • Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.




  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing portfolio or administrative support.
    • Demonstrated experience compiling and maintaining records, completing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations.
    • Experience greeting and assisting visitors and monitoring access in a professional, secure environment.
