Your Contribution
  • Provides technical support in areas of manufacturing.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement, process development, process parameters/control/optimization, and equipment/technology support.
  • Identifies and analyzes manufacturing problems related to production processes.
  • Prepares process specifications, route sheets, material specifications, technical drawings and design sheets. Initiates and implements engineering changes and document revisions.
  • Designs and executes engineering tests. Issues final technical reports with conclusions.
  • Initiates and implements engineering changes and document revisions.
  • Support SCHOTT's overall strategies and road maps to success.
Your Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • B.S. Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Strong analytical ability and a disciplined problem-solving approach.
  • Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Effective communication skills: listening, writing, speaking and oral presentations.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Able and willing to work with others on a team.
  • Ability to support department and corporate policies and goals.
  • Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.

Total Compensation Pay Range: $73,000-$137,000
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
