Overall, the Training intern supports the needs of the Training Department. The Training intern will coordinate and support all aspects of employee training programs, including preparing materials, managing logistics (catering, travel, room setup), maintaining attendance and certifications, and other related tasks.

• Required Experience
  
  • Working toward a degree or focus in HR Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a similar field.
  
  
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  
  • Individual must be able to maintain professionalism and overall model conduct.
  • Individual must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
  • Must obtain a valid drivers license and will need own transportation regularly (3-4 times a week) to run errands, pickup food, grocery store trips and other related tasks
  • Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs.
