Job Overview

Staffmark is hiring Local Delivery Drivers to support a fast-growing last-mile grocery delivery operation. In this role, you'll deliver pre-packaged grocery orders to customers using a company-provided cargo or Sprinter van. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers who enjoy staying active, working independently, and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company-provided cargo or Sprinter van on local delivery routes
• Deliver pre-packaged grocery boxes to residential customers
• Complete 80-120 stops per route within a 100-mile radius
• Safely handle and transport products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Use handheld technology (FarEye) to track deliveries and capture delivery photos
• Verify shipment details against delivery manifests
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or food safety concerns to the supervisor
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and weather-related driving guidelines
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• 6+ months of delivery driving experience (cargo van, Sprinter van, box truck, or similar)
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Strong time-management, navigation, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
