Cooley Dickinson Hospital, part of the Mass General Brigham (MGB) health system, is seeking a Chief and Medical Director of Emergency Medicine to lead our dynamic Emergency Department in Northampton, Massachusetts. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician who is passionate about high-quality patient care, professional development, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership across a premier integrated health system. This role combines 0.5 FTE administrative leadership with 0.5 FTE clinical practice in a busy, well-respected community hospital ED that is tightly connected to the resources and expertise of Mass General Brigham's Enterprise Emergency Medicine structure.
