Job Description
  • Work under the general direction of the Regional Director and in coordination with multiple parties toassists in the plan development, tracking and task execution of workforce related transition plans.
  • Provides assistance with planning and coordinating team activities to manage and implementinterrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage.
  • Supports the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements intooperational plans
  • Identifies and coordinates additional resources to meet project needs and requirements
  • Assists with contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements
  • Meets live and/or via phone/video with management, sponsors, and project teams to review projectscope/progress and resolve project issues
  • Assists in preparing management for transition from implementation to operating stage
  • Monitors and evaluates quality of performance and product from all work within scope of

    responsibility
  • Passes decisions clearly outside scope upward, including proposed solutions whenever appropriate
  • All activities will be tracked on the project management system to ensure accountability and

    transparency.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience relevant to the role as describe
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems independently and escalate appropriately
  • Customer service focused with strong written, verbal and organization skills required
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
