Who We Are We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open. The Role The Director, Corporate Development will prospect, pitch, and secure a consistent pipeline of new revenue partners from the Corporate Sector. The Director will work internally with teammates, including the broader Development team as well as close cross-functional partners, such as Programs & Services, Marketing & Communications, Finance, and Legal to craft and execute various deals. The role requires strong industry networks and relationships to build upon and effectively convert a robust pipeline of new high-level partnerships to generate revenue that fuels the Foundation's mission.
Responsible for a $2M+ financial goal secured through corporate partnerships.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000 plus a potential ICP bonus. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
