Pay & Bonus $17.20-$17.75 per hour Monthly bonuses averaging $3,000+ Schedule (On-Site Only) Training Schedule: Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Post-Training Flexible Schedule: Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM Must work two evenings until 9 PM each week Choose your 8-hour shift within these windows Role Overview As a Customer Support Representative, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions, research account details, and help resolve issues in a professional and compliant manner. Your communication skills and attention to detail will ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and respectful support.
