* Portfolio management reporting. * Perform financial analysis on credits. * Assist and observe the commercial lending underwriting process. * Assist the credit department on their annual review of commercial credits. * Prepare cash flows, debt to income, and loan to value worksheets. * Enter data for financial covenants. * Financial Covenant review, input, and testing. | |
