Rite-Hite is seeking a Director of Enterprise Change Management to build and lead our company-wide approach to change. This is a highly visible role that will create the framework, tools, and processes that help our global organization adopt new strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives successfully. Reporting to the CHRO, this position starts as an individual contributor and partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders. Over time, this role becomes a trusted advisor for major transformation efforts-ensuring clarity, alignment, readiness, and long-term adoption of change across the business. The position is based at our Milwaukee headquarters with a hybrid work schedule and regular on-site collaboration with leaders. What You'll Do Build the Enterprise Change Framework
