You will translate strategic APS goals into daily behaviors across material planning and S&OP, partnering with leaders and crossfunctional teams to ensure readiness, alignment, and sustained adoption. This position sits at the intersection of business transformation, process change, and platform enablement-focusing on embedding APS into how employees execute planning work. We're looking for a handson change leader with strong Kinaxis expertise who can deliver practical, rolebased learning, support ongoing capability releases, and help build longterm internal APS proficiency. You will report to the Project/Program Manager and have a working hybrid schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of change management strategies and plans that support APS deployment and long-term adoption.
  • Build and drive training strategies, role-based learning plans, and user readiness activities aligned to system-enabled business processes.
  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, process owners, and implementation partners to ensure training content reflects real workflows and configured Kinaxis capabilities.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and resistance mitigation planning.
  • Lead or support train-the-trainer programs, learning ladders, and reinforcement plans to build internal APS capability over time.
  • Support adoption of new releases and enhancements by helping users understand both the business value and practical system implications of change.
  • Develop communications and enablement materials for a range of audiences, from end users to leadership stakeholders.
  • Help establish sustainable change and learning practices that reduce long-term reliance on external partners and strengthen internal ownership of the platform.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel globally 30% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 8+ years experience in Supply Chain, Change Management, Program or Project management.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (PMP).
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro learning paths, role-based enablement, or train-the-trainer models.
  • Experience supporting release adoption, hypercare, or continuous improvement in an APS environment.
  • Experience collaborating with supply chain, IT, and implementation teams during enterprise system transformations.

What We Offer:

  • Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision
  • 401k
  • Paid Time off
