Responsible for driving results and achieving operational goals and targets identified in "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI). Develop and implement consistent processes and procedures to support efficient operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement and utilize structured problem-solving techniques to create and implement solutions. Manage consistent improvement efforts across all facility areas (quality, capacity, costs, etc.), that eliminate non-value-added processes and waste. Identify bottlenecks in the Manufacturing order flow and solve to a root cause correction. Work closely with other staff members to maintain a well cross trained workforce. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling associates. Practice, comply and enforce all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy workplace environment. Identify cost saving opportunities while aligning the continuous improvement initiatives and company's operation plan. Assist Manufacturing and Distribution with problem solving by teaching, guiding, and leading teams through structured techniques such as 6S and Kaizen.
