Your Impact We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to help drive partner marketing for Cisco AI Defense-the industry first AI security solution protecting first party AI applications. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling our partner ecosystem, activating collaborative marketing strategies, and amplifying AI Defense's impact in the fast-paced AI security market. With Cisco's trusted brand and leading threat intelligence research behind you, you'll empower partners, expand market reach, and help shape the future of security for AI applications.
What You Will Do As the Partner Marketing Manager for AI Defense, you will: * Build Partner Marketing Programs - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partner teams to activate and scale joint marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand, and adoption for AI Defense through strategic partners. * Craft and Refine Messaging - Support the development of compelling, partner-ready messaging and positioning that highlights the unique strengths and differentiators of AI Defense to both technical and business audiences. * Execute Go-to-Market Campaigns - Help plan and execute co-branded campaigns, digital programs, webinars, and field events-ensuring flawless execution and strong partner engagement. * Enable Sales & Partners - Create compelling collateral, enablement materials, and training that empower sales teams, partners, and customer experience to effectively communicate the value of AI Defense. * Foster Relationships - Build strong working relationships with partner marketing contacts, supporting their success and acting as an advocate for their needs within Cisco. * Stay Ahead of Trends - Research and synthesize industry and competitive intelligence to help inform program strategy, content, and partner engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliances, or business development-preferably in AI, SaaS, or security. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and translating technical concepts into clear, compelling partner messages. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Comfort with marketing analytics, data reporting, and making recommendations based on insights. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree required (technical or business field preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, or partner marketing. * Familiarity with go-to-market models for partner-led or co-marketing initiatives. * Experience developing or supporting enablement content, case studies, or campaign assets. * Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and thrive amidst ambiguity and change. * Passion for AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $118,000.00 to $148,700.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process. U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco's plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $118,000.00 - $171,000.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $110,000.00 - $159,400.00
* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.
