Corporate Account Manager / Operational Excellence

Responsible for leading and managing assigned accounts to promote Solenis value, build customer loyalty, and achieve revenue and profit growth. The role develops account strategies, ensures effective communication across the organization, and interacts at executive levels. Focused on operational excellence to optimize operations for 2 corporate accounts in the Eastern United States

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute growth strategy aligned with global marketing

  • Lead value-added sales for large multi-location accounts

  • Achieve revenue and gross profit objectives; optimize profitability through portfolio management and pricing

  • Maintain viable pipeline with opportunities at various stages

  • Develop and communicate account plans; lead cross-divisional project teams

  • Build strong internal relationships at Solenis and with clients (plant to headquarters level)

  • Enhance customer satisfaction and monitor competitive trends

  • Train, mentor, and guide teams on account objectives

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science, or related field, or comparable experience

  • Experience: 5+ years in technical sales; 2-5 years interacting with senior executive clients

  • Knowledge: Pulp and paper industry (essential); manufacturing/chemical sectors (asset).

  • Travel: 60-70%

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
