Summary:

• Performs a variety of complex operational tasks related to securities or cash transactions, requiring in-depth knowledge of departmental functions, systems, and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution, reconciliation, and documentation of financial transactions, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Differentiate, process, and reconcile complex securities or cash-related transactions.
• Research and resolve inquiries or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Review and verify time-sensitive or complex financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, update, and maintain departmental procedures and process documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to resolve issues or complete transactions.
• Generate department-level reports using data from multiple sources and systems.
• Provide training, guidance, or work directions to junior staff as needed.
• Serve as backup for other operational desks to ensure business continuity.
• Support risk management and compliance initiatives through adherence to internal controls.
• Manage account maintenance and setup functions efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, financial services, customer service, or business processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
