Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is hiring an Order Processing & Customer Support Specialist to support one of our healthcare clients onsite in Peoria, IL. This small two-person team handles everything from order entry to printing, packing, and shipping. Strong computer skills and customer interaction are the core of the job.

530 NE Glen Oak Ave., N Building, Room 1640
Peoria, IL 61637 (Inside St. Francis Hospital)

Your Responsibilities:
* Enter and manage customer orders using proprietary software
* Handle incoming emails and calls from hospital staff and internal teams
* Work directly with customers to clarify orders, answer questions, and resolve issues
* Coordinate with the Art team on proofs, revisions, and approvals
* Review job details and ensure accuracy before production
* Assist with light equipment operation (training provided)
* Perform quality checks and prepare finished work for packing and shipping
* Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets
* Support occasional face-to-face customer requests within the hospital

Your Shift:
* Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

You Must Have:
* Strong computer skills and comfort moving through multiple systems
* Ability to learn proprietary software quickly
* Solid customer service skills (phone, email, and in-person)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry
* Ability to manage multiple open jobs and deadlines
* Reliable attendance and professionalism
* Ability to lift 25+ pounds and move around the facility

We Would Also Prefer:
* Experience with order entry, customer service, or production coordination
* Acrobat or PDF review experience
* Experience in a hospital, print, or service-driven environment
