This is a US based remote position.

Overview

The FP&A Manager provides analysis and support for budgeting and forecasting needs while overseeing the growth and capabilities of the FP&A team.

Responsibility
  • Act as a thought leader in new types of analytical tactics.

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.

  • Conduct advanced planning, forecasting, and what-if analyses.

  • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management.

  • Support on in-depth analysis as needed.

  • Assist with the development and training of financial staff.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of recent experience in a FP&A role.

  • Experience in project management and advanced financial modeling.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data sets and analysis clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.

  • Experience with BI tools (QlikView, Looker).

  • Experience with Oracle, Essebase, SmartView, EPBCS, or other planning tools preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
