As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment for all. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a caring and people-first culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues, adapting to working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences, while maintaining accurate and timely logs and reports.
• Work closely with staff, visitors and/or patients to provide assistance as needed, while upholding site-specific policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership to communicate security-related concerns, participate in ongoing training and adhere to all company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
