DRiV is the aftermarket business group of Tenneco - DRiV website Job Description: Global EHS Technical Manager Company Overview Tenneco's Motorparts (DRiV) is a global leader in the automotive aftermarket, built from the combined strengths of Tenneco, and Federal-Mogul with 31 iconic brands-14 of which are over 100 years old-DRiV operates in 25 countries, delivering innovation and excellence in every vehicle, ride, race, and journey. Position Summary The Global EHS Technical Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across global operations. This role provides strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and the advancement of a proactive safety culture. The manager will oversee a team of EHS professionals and collaborate with regional and site-level leaders to drive excellence in EHS performance. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (Master's preferred). Experience Minimum 7-10 years of progressive EHS experience in a global manufacturing or industrial setting. Proven leadership of cross-regional or global EHS teams. Experience with regulatory compliance, technical audits, and risk management. Preferred Certifications
