We're looking for a Marketing Execution Analyst to join a high-impact team responsible for delivering omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role is based onsite in Manhattan and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including offer setup, creative approvals, channel configuration, testing, and post-launch validation. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on campaign goals and execution plans. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues that could delay campaign launches. * Oversee periodic updates to marketing assets to meet compliance requirements. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and quality in campaign delivery. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally within a large corporate environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building abilities. * Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and a track record of driving business outcomes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus. * Familiarity with marketing channels and execution processes is advantageous. Work Environment: * Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite in NYC.
