This
Opportunity:


The
Senior Associate, Delivery will play an
important role in enabling innovative process automation
and digital transformation through Ignite and other Palladium projects.
The primary focus will be supporting Ignite's operations
and assisting in the implementation
of identified initiatives. The Senior Associate will develop and
implement streamlined processes, tools, and systems, including how
to best to harness technology platforms to achieve greater
efficiencies. This role will actively collaborate with cross-functional
teams and operating companies, to deliver solutions that create
immediate value by following an agile approach to continuous improvement. This
role is central to supporting how we operationalize technology and
innovation across the GISI platform of companies.

Location
and Compensation:


The
position can be based where Palladium/GISI have an office location - Arlington,
VA, Newport Beach, CA, or New York, NY.

Palladium
supports a hybrid working model with a mix of in-office and telework.

For
our prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time
equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $70,000
to $80,000, and successful candidates may also be eligible for additional,
variable incentive compensation dependent on the role. For part-time employees,
the salary will be prorated based on the actual number of hours worked.

Please
be advised that a final salary offer will be based on various factors,
including but not limited to your qualifications, education, experience,
skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium's business or organizational
needs.

Reporting
Lines:

  • The
    role reports to the Vice President, Digital Strategy and Innovation
  • The
    role will be required to liaise closely with operations and
    delivery teams across operating companies and engage closely
    with Palladium's enabling functions and Digital Practice
  • The
    role may also serve as a core project management unit member for select
    projects, and for assigned projects will have a dotted reporting line to
    the Project Director

Primary Roles
and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate implementation of Ignite's strategic operational plan including managing including managing progress of group initiatives, establishing systems for KPI and performance tracking and financial reporting and analysis
  • Serve as the project manager for special initiatives and projects that enhance internal efficiency by liaising with global colleagues to plan and facilitate rollout of initiatives, including change management and stakeholder communications
  • Lead business analysis activities, focusing on business process mapping and workflow analysis activities for assigned initiatives to identify new ways of working and implementing technologies both internally and across GISI companies and teams
  • Manage technology vendors and subcontractors, monitoring both technical and financial aspects, including contractual compliance and timelines to completion
  • Establish and operationalize processes, tools and resources including how they are maintained and disseminated, including continuous process improvements
  • Contribute to building a culture that positively values and recognizes the importance of a disciplined approach to analysing, planning and rolling out new tools, policies, and systems, and proper change management programs
  • Coordinate with internal and external communications, leading the preparation of regular internal reports
  • Maintain appointments and scheduling for team meetings, communications and events
  • Other duties as assigned by the line manager, including assisting PMUs on projects on an as needed basis

Essential
Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in international development, business administration, or relevant field
  • 4+ years of demonstrated project management and business analysis experience with generalist knowledge, skills, and capabilities across core functional areas related to professional services organizations
  • Experience coordinating and implementing process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

Desirable
Criteria:

  • Fluency in a foreign language
