Summary:

Overall management responsibility of all LincolnHealth security systems and Senior Living Buildings and Grounds services to include 24 hours, 7 days a week accountability. The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for achieving high standards of staff productivity and customer service. Plans, leads organize and monitor departmental activities. Supports every department and maintains buildings, equipment and grounds in good repair and/or appearance.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months' to one year's related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: See "Education"
  4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, employees, customers and/or boards of directors.
  5. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  6. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
