As a Security Officer - Cultural Institution Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a renowned cultural institution, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and engaging location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies when required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or behavior, adjusting to varying environments and conditions as necessary.
• Assist guests, visitors, and staff with security-related inquiries and directions, maintaining a visible and approachable presence.
• Report and document all observed incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local authorities and site personnel as needed to address security-related concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
