Executive Director - Strategy Execution and Operations
Overview The Executive Director of Strategy Execution and Operations is responsible for leading the execution of the health plans strategic initiatives through structured program management, subcontractor oversight, and state and federal regulatory monitoring, analysis, and implementation. This role ensures organizational alignment between strategy and operations by driving disciplined execution, regulatory readiness, and performance accountability across the enterprise. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field required. 10+ years of leadership experience in health plan operations, program management, or regulatory operations. Demonstrate success in leading cross-functional initiatives and improving operational performance. Strong understanding of health plan regulatory frameworks, subcontractor management, and delegate oversight. Demonstrated ability to drive execution through cross-functional collaboration and influence.
