In this critical analyst role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of consumer data, directly impacting regulatory compliance and our commitment to transparency. This role is onsite 4 days a week at our client's office in Torrance.

This role is at the heart of our client's commitment to data excellence, where you will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of consumer financial reporting. You'll contribute to crucial initiatives by performing essential quality control checks, ensuring that all data furnished meets rigorous standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will directly support the organization's reputation for integrity and its dedication to protecting consumer interests.

As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will:

* Proactively filter and manage extensive datasets with exceptional accuracy and precision.

* Analyze, prioritize, and adeptly resolve findings from data testing, identifying root causes, implementing effective solutions, and executing precise account adjustments.

* Maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing files and results, adhering strictly to established procedures and retention standards.

* Communicate insights and updates effectively to key stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on project status, progress, and targets.

* Serve as a subject matter expert, advocating for best practices in credit bureau reporting and compliance standards.

We are looking for someone who brings:

* A Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or a similar field preferred).

* Recent college graduate or 1-3 years of professional work experience.

* Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with collaboration tools like Teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

* Experience as a Business Analyst or in the financial services sector (e.g., automotive finance, banking).
