We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage complex programs from inception to optimization, navigating cross-functional challenges, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery. Your expertise will help drive innovation, operational excellence, and global impact.

What You'll Do

As a key driver of strategic initiatives, you will:



  • Lead Program Lifecycle: Manage the full lifecycle of advanced programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Organize and oversee program activities to achieve results, implementing systems for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Address complex cross-functional challenges, applying advanced program management methods.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships, optimize team roles, and manage escalations to enable effective decision-making.
  • Communication & Change Management: Develop and implement communication strategies and change management plans, including impact analyses and rollouts.
  • Data-Driven Governance: Collect and analyze essential data, maintain trackers, and provide accurate status reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define program phases and metrics to drive ongoing enhancements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Quality & Trust: Integrate product excellence, inclusion, and brand reputation into program execution, proactively managing dependencies.


Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • Communications Management: Experience creating and delivering targeted communication plans for diverse stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Expertise in optimizing team roles, responsibilities, and collaboration.
  • Organizational Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational change, including rollout planning and impact analysis.
  • Technical Judgment: Strong independent judgment to adjust programs in dynamic environments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in building relationships, managing expectations, and handling escalations.
  • Planning: Advanced skills in authoring program charters and detailed project plans.
  • Portfolio Management: Understanding of how individual programs contribute to broader strategic goals.
  • User Understanding and Empathy: Commitment to incorporating user needs, inclusion, and brand trust.
  • Execution and Governance: Expertise in program governance, mitigations, postmortems, and team meetings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactive approach to defining metrics, checkpoints, and program adjustments.
